I have a passion for supporting motivated individuals who recognize the need for change in their lives and are seeking an empathetic and intuitive supporter. Recognizing that change comes from within, my clients empower themselves to examine their relationships and sense of self as a means to notice behaviors, individuals, and situations that no longer serve their well-being.
I have a particular interest working with individuals who are highly intuitive, comfortable with the abstract, and identify as "misfits". Taking a relational psychodynamic approach, I act as a partner to witness and explore the workings of your relationships.
We all desire to be seen, recognized, and heard. When these needs are not met, our mental well being suffers and we exhibit only a shell of our selves and potential. It would be an honor to work with you and help work towards your greatest well-being.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State. I hold a master degree in Existential-Phenomenology from Seattle University and completed my practicum at Asian Counseling and Referral Service. My undergraduate studies in the field of Psychology were completed at the University of California, San Diego.
